Starting April 16th, our box office will be open on Wednesdays and Fridays from 12:30-5:00PM, and on show days from 10:00AM - 15 minutes before the headliner starts. Box office hours are subject to change throughout the year.
Tickets & upgrades can be purchased at any time online.
Clear bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are A-OK. Small clutch bags up to 6”x 9” don't need to be clear. All bags will be searched prior to entry.
What's Allowed In:
- Cameras - nonprofessional only, no detachable lenses
- Small Blankets / Beach Towels smaller than 6" x 6" Signs 8.5"x11" or smaller
- Sealed bottle of water (not frozen) under 20oz
- Empty refillable water bottle (no glass)
- Binoculars Items
What's Not Allowed In: (Subject to change)
- Large or oversized bags, including luggage, duffel bags, or large/industrial/camping-sized back packs (Any bag larger than 12" x 12" x 6" will not be permitted)
- Any bag larger than a clutch MUST BE CLEAR.
- Chairs / Lawn Chairs
- Weapons and sharp objects of any kind
- Outside food of any kind
- Alcohol
- llegal drugs/substances
- Glass containers of any kind
- Coolers
- Pepper spray
- Laser pointers
- Animals (Certified service animals are OK. We love your furry friends, but please leave them at home for the show, including emotional support animals.)
- Fireworks
- Blankets larger than 6’x 6’
- Umbrellas
- Tripods
- Banners/Signs larger than 8.5x11 (standard sheet of paper)
- Balls or Frisbees
- Selfie Sticks Cell Phone Stabilizers
- Video Cams / Go Pros / iPads
- Glow sticks
- Stollers, baby carriers or wagons
- Beverages other than a sealed (not frozen) bottle of water up to 20oz.
- Flyers and stickers Musical instruments Large cameras with detachable lens or manual external zoom
- Gang activity; including but not limited to wearing or displaying gang clothing and/or indicia.
- Offensive clothing
If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue, you can either return them to your vehicle, check your bag for a small fee, or purchase an approved clear bag.
The venue has a variety of delicious food and beverage options available for purchase. Please note that items and pricing are subject to change from event to event.
All of our events are all ages, unless otherwise stated on the individual show page. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket, but must sit on a parent's lap.
Changing tables are located in both Men's and Women's bathrooms located in the East and West Plazas.
Yes! It's the only way we accept tickets. Use the Live Nation App to add tickets to 'wallet' or transfer to friends before reaching the gate. Screenshots & printouts will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, outside lawn chairs are not allowed inside the venue. Lawn chairs are available for rent for most shows and must be turned in at the end of the event. Our rental chairs are 27.6” wide X 27.6” deep X 30.5” tall. To rent a lawn chair in advance, click on the "UPGRADES AVAILABLE" dropdown on dropdown on our upgrade page and select "Lawn Chair Rental".
Yes! Maximum size for blankets is 6' x 6', though.
All point of sales will only accept credit, debit, or mobile pay.
If you need to use cash, cash to card conversion is available at guest services.
Yes! You're good to bring in empty refillable water bottles, or a factory sealed non-alcoholic, non-frozen beverage, up to 20oz. Refill your bottles and cups for free at the YETI water refill stations in the East and West plaza. Water fountains are in the sky plaza and East plaza. Join YETI and Live Nation's efforts to reduce waste and stay hydrated.
