TRAFFIC ADVISORY
Heavy commuter and concert traffic is expected in the area which WILL cause entry delays, so please plan ahead. Early arrival, rideshare, and carpooling are strongly recommended. Fans are encouraged to arrive when the parking lots open.
GETTING HERE
I-805 South; Exit at Main Street/Auto Park Dr. in Chula Vista - Turn Left; 2 miles to Heritage Rd. Follow the signs to parking.
In the event of traffic backups at the I-805 -- Main St / Auto Park Drive exit, continue south on I-805 to Palm Avenue (1 exit South of Main Street / Auto Park Drive). From Palm Avenue, get back on to I-805 North. Take the Main Street / Auto Park Drive Exit.
- I-5 South; Exit Main St. - Turn Left; 5.5 miles East to Heritage Rd.
- I-125 South; Exit Otay Mesa Rd- Turn Right; Turn Right at Heritage Rd. 1.5 miles North to Entertainment Cir.
- I-905; Exit Caliente Rd.- Go North; Turn Right at Otay Mesa Rd; Turn Left at Heritage Rd. 1.5 miles to Entertainment Circle.
Ridesharing:
- The area for vehicles to drop-off guests is located on the West side of the venue between lots C & F, accessible from Heritage Rd. Please follow the electronic signs to the drop-off area.
- Rideshare Pickup location is on Main Street heading West only. Rideshares should exit on Olympic Parkway, turn right on Heritage and turn right on Main Street to arrive at the Rideshare Pickup location.

We’re honored you’re celebrating with us! Make sure to stop by the Palomar Health kiosk located in the West Plaza where they’ll capture this big moment and provide you with a "My First Concert Kit".

GATE TIMES
You can usually roll up 60-90 minutes before showtime but check your specific event page and socials for exact timings.
PARKING LOTS
Parking lots usually open an hour before the scheduled gate time. Free general admission parking comes with your ticket. If you want easier entry and exit, go for Premier, VIP, or EZ-Out parking.
DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP AREAS
Check out the parking map on our "Visit" tab to see our designated pick-up and drop-off areas. Let parking staff know you’re dropping off and they’ll show you the way. When picking up, arrive 45 minutes before the end of the show—you won’t be able to enter otherwise.
WHEN YOU GET HERE
You know the drill—metal detectors, maybe a pat down, and a bag check if you’ve got one. Be prepped—check out our bag policy, and what you can and cannot bring in our FAQs.
MOBILE ENTRY
Your phone is your ticket. Before you set off, download your tickets to your phone on the Live Nation app. More info on mobile tickets HERE.
Phone troubles? Visit the box office on event day for assistance. Be prepared to show your ID.
BAG POLICY
Clear bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are A-OK. Small clutch bags up to 6”x 9” don't need to be clear. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Check out the list of what's ok to bring inside, and what isn't. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue, you can either return them to your vehicle, check your bag for a small fee, or purchase an approved clear bag.
CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY
We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to guest services and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free).
BOX OFFICE
Our box office is open Wednesdays and Fridays from 12:30-5:00PM, and on show days from 10:00AM - 15 minutes before the headliner starts. Box office hours are subject to change throughout the year.
You can purchase tickets and upgrades at any time online.
WATER & YETI HYDRATION STATIONS
You can bring in one (1) factory sealed plastic (not glass) bottle of water up to 20 oz, (not frozen). This policy is subject to change based on artist requests or safety considerations. Refillable (empty) water bottles are permitted. Refill your bottles and cups for free at the YETI water refill stations. Join YETI and Live Nation's efforts to reduce waste and stay hydrated.
Water fountains are located in the East and Sky Plazas.

Find that coveted merch at our Concert Gear booths in the West plaza. For some events, you’ll find extra booths in the east and west plazas.

DESIGNATED DRIVERS
Are you the responsible fan tonight? The Jack Daniels’ designated driver program has you covered. Pick up a special poker chip from guest services and you can enjoy free fountain sodas at any of our drink concessions.
RECYCLING
You’ll find recycling bins throughout the venue.
CAMPING
We kindly ask that you leave the camping gear at home and refrain from overnight parking.
TAILGATING
Yes, you can hang out with your friends before the show. You can add-on early bird parking to your ticket to get the party started as early as possible. Once the gates open, you’ll be asked to head inside the venue.
